The track also aims to raise funds for Magic Bus Foundation towards their Crisis Recovery pro-gramme in India. They have been at the forefront of Covid-19 relief efforts, having provided dry ration kits to more than 4 lakh people.

*IndiGrid completes acquisition of GPTL Transmission project from Sterlite Power at an enterprise value of ~INR 10.8 Bn (USD 150 Mn)*

• IndiGrid’s AUM increases by ~9% to ~INR 133 Bn (USD 1.80 Bn)


• GPTL consists of 3 GIS of 3,000 MVA capacity and ~270 ckms of 400 KV transmission lines


• Acquisition adds ~INR 350-400 Mn of net distributable cash flow per year



Mumbai, Monday, August 31, 2020: India Grid Trust (“IndiGrid”), India’s leading infrastructure investment trust, today completed acquisition of another transmission asset - Gurgaon Palwal Transmission Limited (“GPTL”), from Sterlite Power at an enterprise value of ~INR 10.8 Bn (USD 150 Mn). With this acquisition, IndiGrid’s AUM has increased by ~9% to ~INR 133 Bn (USD 1.80 Bn). IndiGrid’s asset portfolio will now consist of 10 power transmission projects, with a total network of 25 power transmission lines and 7 substations extending over ~6,080 circuit kilometres & 10,735 MVA in 15 Indian states.


 


GPTL is part of Inter State Transmission Scheme (ISTS) network and consists of three gas-insulated substations (GIS) with a total transformation capacity of 3,000 MVA and ~270 circuit kilometers of 400 KV transmission lines spread across Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Rajasthan. This project is built with a substantial focus on environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects. It is a strategic asset for ensuring reliable power supply in the region which may reduce the carbon emissions by reducing dependence on DG sets. The land requirement for this project is also substantially reduced with innovatively designed vertical GIS substation and monopole towers with micro-piling.


 


The acquisition of GPTL was envisaged as part of the framework agreement signed with Sterlite Power in April 2019 for acquisition of three assets upon commissioning. This acquisition has been funded by internal accruals, proceeds from the preference issue done in May 2019 and new debt. With this investment, IndiGrid’s net debt/AUM will be at ~53%, significantly below the 70% leverage threshold as per SEBI InvIT Regulations.


 


Commenting on the acquisition, Harsh Shah, Chief Executive Officer of IndiGrid, said “This acquisition is in line with our strategy to acquire accretive assets with low operating risk and long-term certainty of cash flows. We continue our efforts to increase unitholders’ returns by creating a solid growth pipeline for the future while providing predictable distribution. IndiGrid has another ~INR 55 Bn (USD 750 Mn) pipeline of transmission projects under the framework agreement with Sterlite Power providing visibility of ~INR 180 Bn (USD 2.50 Bn) of AUM over next two years. This acquisition is a testament to our consistent track record of aggregating good quality projects with the vision of enhancing investor returns while maintaining a strong balance sheet. “


 


Commenting on the transaction, Anuraag Srivastava, Group CFO, Sterlite Power, said, “We are proud to successfully close yet another asset sale in these unprecedented times. GPTL sale marks our ninth asset transfer to India Grid Trust. With this, we have transferred about ~INR 123 Bn (USD 1.70 Bn) worth transmission assets to IndiGrid till date. The sale of this strategic project amidst a challenging market situation is a clear validation of the pioneering asset monetization model and our ability to commission high quality projects with long term stable cash flows. We look forward to commissioning more assets and transfer about another ~INR 55 Bn (INR 750 Mn) worth of assets to IndiGrid over a period of time.”


 


In FY20, IndiGrid raised ~INR 25.1 Bn (USD 340 Mn) of capital by way of preferential issue which was subscribed by KKR and GIC amongst other marquee investors. It acquired NRSS XXIX and OGPTL projects from Sterlite Power for ~INR 50 Bn (USD 680 Mn). In addition to that, it had entered into an exclusive framework agreement with Sterlite Power to acquire three projects worth ~INR 65 Bn (USD 890 Mn) as and when they are commissioned, of which GPTL has now been acquired by IndiGrid. KKR also acquired majority interest in the Investment Manager of IndiGrid.

Challenges become multifold if we start reacting to a crisis instead of responding to it, And that is exactly what is happening in todays CORONA times. People with heart attack and heart blocks are taking chances at home in fear of acquiring CORONA infection, knowing fully well that odds of dying from these critical illnesses is far more than having harm from corona . At the same time chances of acquiring infections when proper precautions are taken is minimal, more so the mortality rate after COVID is around 3% but the mortality rate in untreated cardiac emergency is around 90%. How can we describe this behavior and thinking process ? This is simply the intimidation controlling the logical thought process of people.


 


We have become much wiser in terms of understanding the disease COVID in last six months. The chances of serious outcome from corona is gradually coming down and we have some drugs which at least can provide some relief and help in recovery. Also we are better prepared in terms of hospital facilities for sick patients and more quarantine centres for the asymptomatic ones . If we put it all together this becomes clear and evident that critical non corona diseases have killed more patients over last few months, that too was only because of the trepidation and unfounded stigma of this tiny organism.


 


A Lancet study reported that more than 7,000 people died every day in India because of cardio vascular diseases in 2016. The condition has only worsened in subsequent years.


Between January 30, when the first case of Covid-19 was reported in the country, and May 3, the last day of the second extension of the lockdown, it is an estimate that about 24 lakh people have died in India and one of the biggest contributor was cardiovascular diseases. This is all developing into a dangerous whirlpool with patients and family members indulging in an attitude of procrastination in these days


 


Lets look at the brighter side, Almost every hospital has made changes in their standard operating procedures (SOPs) dealing with medical emergencies in present crisis time to give the most efficient management protocol ,as in our hospital (Medica Superspecialty Hospital) a patient with heart attack or heart block receives angioplasty and pacemaker even before the result of COVID test is known. All the precautions are taken simultaneously to not to spread the infection to any other person (healthcare workers and fellow patients). Once the patient is given the necessary life saving treatment he is then shifted to the category of wards as per his COVID status.  


 


So it is high time not to throughway lives of critical patients only because of the fear of virus which is going to be tamed soon with the development of vaccines.. The definition and importance of Golden hour in treatment of heart attack has not changed in these times. So better to avoid the delay and we know it well that -TREATMENT DELAYED IS TREATMENT DENIED!

New Delhi 29 August 2020: Punjab National Bank (PNB), India’s second-largest public sector bank is feeling proud of its senior hockey team coach Shri Romesh Pathania on the occasion of National Sports Day (29th August 2020). Shri Pathania has been honoured today with Dronachaya Award.



Shri. Romesh Pathania Senior Hockey Team coach of Punjab National Bank received the coveted Dhronachrya award 2020 in Lifetime category by Hon’ble President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind. The National Governing Body for Hockey in India also congratulated Romesh Pathania for being awarded the Dronacharya Award for his contributions to Indian hockey.

The scheme offers need-based financing through working capital (CC/ OD as applicable), Term Loan, and Non fund based limit to the small scale industries.


 


SMEs and MSMEs are value-generating engines of the economy. They contribute to the GDP, create employment opportunities, and play a vital role in exports. In these unprecedented times and due to prolonged lockdowns, this segment has been the hardest hit. *Challenges for differently abled students when classes resume*

The coronavirus pandemic and the subsequent nationwide lockdown has created an unprecedented situation. It is hard to gauge its full impact on children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing. One thing is clear – schools will reopen and seeing the trend in other countries affected by the virus they will probably reopen soon. You cannot open a society fully without reopening schools.


 


The impact of school closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic is bound to be even greater for those with special needs. Their learning will have been impacted the most. There will be particular issues with managing transitions back to school and especially where there is a change of setting.


Children learn best when they are at school.


 


Students with disabilities may have a difficult time transitioning back to school after missing out on instruction time as well as school-based services such as occupational, physical as well as speech-language therapy and mental health support counselling. Of course, the disabilities that children experience vary greatly from mild learning disabilities to significant intellectual disabilities with severe behavioural and language challenges. This abrupt transition to home and back to school may make students experience an increase in behavioural outbursts and disengagement from academic work.


 


Return to school for special kids, therefore, needs special preparation to ease the transition:


 


 The transition back to school will need to be planned and implemented slowly. As much as families and teachers want their children to return to schools, they need to be mindful not to make an abrupt transition


 The school will need to individually review the needs of each child before they return to school. This could be done with an online assessment and a review from parents.


 The majority of children will have become used to being with their parents and immediate family for an extended period. Changing this can be a potential source of anxiety. There will be children who struggle with this separation and experience anxiety. A staggered opening is a good option.


 Children with significant disabilities may show a regression of skills in a very short time, so this extended period without a consistent educational experience may make it difficult for them to regain lost skills once they have returned to school. But with thoughtful planning and implementation of a curriculum designed for children with disabilities, they will continue to grow and develop.


 Focussing on rebuilding relationships and establishing routines before restarting the learning process is essential for differently-abled students. Learning will have to wait for a while. We would have to balance the need to continue the curriculum with the more important need to re-build relationships and then make a new start


 Another dilemma schools will face is that many students will have trouble adjusting to wearing masks and maintaining physical distancing. 


 Students on the autism spectrum or those with intellectual disabilities who do not understand the situation and also need help in moving around will need helpers and it will be impossible to practise social distancing with them. 


 The hearing-impaired students need to be able to lipread. Even masks that have a transparent covering around the mouth don’t allow children sitting six feet away to see clearly. Eye contact is extremely important to keep these students from being distracted and it becomes difficult with the mask.


 


The smoothest way to do an easy back to school transition for differently-abled kids will be to focus on relationships first. Fear and anxiety about the pandemic, coupled with uncertainty about the future, can be disruptive to a student’s ability to come to school ready to learn. Teachers can act as a powerful buffer against the adverse effects of trauma by helping to establish a safe and supportive environment for learning.

स्‍पोर्ट्सटाइगर के शो ‘क्रिकेट टॉक्‍स विथ मोंटी पनेसर’ में बोलते हुए, इस अंग्रेज क्रिकेटर ने कहा कि “जेम्स एंडरसन शानदार खिलाड़ी रहे हैं। वे चोट लगने से बचे रहते थे और हमेशा विकेट लेने के लिए उतावले रहते थे। अपने इस रवैये के साथ वह अब तक के सर्वश्रेष्ठ तेज गेंदबाज हैं।” उन्होंने आगे कहा कि “इंग्लैंड की टीम अब सोच रही होगी कि वह उनको खेल में कब तक शामिल रख सकती है। इंग्‍लैंड की परिस्थितियों में उनका रिकॉर्ड शानदार रहा है और वह 36 वर्ष की उम्र से 21 के औसत पर ही टिके हुए हैं।"


 


पनेसर ने पाकिस्तान टीम के बारे में अपने विचार साझा किये। उनका मानना ​​है कि टीम में अनुभवहीनता दिखाई देती है। उन्होंने कहा, “यह जानने के लिए कि टेस्ट मैच कैसे जीते जाते हैं, पाकिस्तान की यह टीम अभी भी बहुत युवा है। वे खुद को जीतने की स्थिति में लाते तो हैं लेकिन यह नहीं जानते कि उस जीत पर पकड़ कैसे बनाई जाए।"


 


पनेसर ने हालांकि युवा पाकिस्तानी टीम द्वारा प्रदर्शित लचीलेपन और जिस तरह से उन्होंने तीसरे टेस्ट मैच को बचाया की प्रशंसा की, क्‍योंकि एक समय तो ऐसा लग रहा था कि वे 50 ओवर के अंदर ही सिमट जायेंगे। उन्होंने कहा, “पाकिस्तान टीम का रवैया दर्शाता है कि वे दुनिया की नंबर एक टेस्ट टीम बनना चाहते हैं। मिस्बाह-उल-हक, यूनिस खान और मुश्ताक अहमद के नेतृत्व में इस नई टीम ने तीसरे टेस्ट में अपने नजरिये पर गर्व का प्रदर्शन किया, जो आपने पुरानी पाकिस्तान टीम में नहीं देखा होगा।”


 


पनेसर ने मेहमान टीम की आक्रामक गेंदबाजी पर भी टिप्पणी की और कहा कि “जब विकेट स्विंग या सीम नहीं हो रहा हो तो वे वास्तव में नहीं जानते कि वे कैसे विकेट लेने जा रहे हैं और बल्लेबाजों के भरोसे रह कर गलतियां करना शुरू कर देते हैं। यह कुछ ऐसा है जिसे एंडरसन और स्टुअर्ट ब्रॉड को देखकर, और यह देखकर सीख सकते हैं कि जब विकेट बहुत कुछ नहीं कर रहा था तो एंडरसन और ब्रॉड ने उस समय कैसे खेला। पाकिस्तान की टीम की ताकत निश्चित रूप से उनकी गेंदबाजी है, न कि उनकी बल्लेबाजी।”


 


पनेसर को लगता है कि जनवरी 2021 में भारत के खिलाफ सीरीज में बेन स्टोक्स की वापसी के बाद यह तय करना मुश्किल होगा कि टीम से किसे हटायें। उन्होंने कहा कि “इंग्लैंड उस स्थिति में ऑलराउंडरों को शामिल करना पसंद करेगा और इस तरह मैं क्रिस वोक्स और बेन स्टोक्स दोनों को खेलते हुए देख सकता हूं। शायद जेम्स एंडरसन या स्टुअर्ट ब्रॉड को स्‍थितियों को देखते हुए ड्रॉप किया जा सकता है।”


 


इस उपमहाद्वीप में इंग्लैंड के दौरे के बारे में बात करते हुए पनेसर ने आगे कहा कि "इंग्‍लैंड की टीम को एक विशेषज्ञ स्पिनर की आवश्यकता हो सकती है।" उन्होंने टीम में आदिल रशिद की वापसी का समर्थन किया और कहा कि “आदिल रशिद एक अच्छे खिलाड़ी हैं। अगर वह डोम बेस की जगह इस सीरीज में खेल रहे होते तो इंग्लैंड पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ सीरीज को 2-0 से जीत लेता।”


 


पनेसर ने जो रूट की कप्तानी के बारे में पूछे गये सवाल के जवाब में कहा कि "जो रूट एक अच्छे कप्तान हैं लेकिन उनकी महानता तभी तय होगी जब इंग्लैंड एशेज के लिए ऑस्ट्रेलिया के दौरे पर जाएगा। अगर वे ‘द एशेज’जीत लेते हैं तो वह एक महान कप्तान कहे जायेंगे, लेकिन अगर वे नहीं जीत पाते हैं तो मैं उन्हें महान कप्तानों की श्रेणी में नहीं रखूंगा।”

1.  ‘बालवीर रिटर्न्स’ का एक हिस्सा बनकर कैसा महसूस हो रहा है? 


 


मैं ‘बालवीर रिटर्न्स’ देखता रहा हूँ और मुझे लगता है यह एक अनोखे कॉन्सेप्ट वाला ज़बरदस्त शो है। इस शो के फैन्स भारी संख्या में हैं और इसे दर्शकों द्वारा काफी पसंद किया जाता है। इसलिए मुझे ऐसे शो का एक हिस्सा बनकर हुए बेहद अच्छा महसूस हो रहा है। मैं इस तरह का फैंटेसी शो पहली बार कर रहा हूँ और इसी बात को लेकर मैं सबसे ज़्यादा रोमांचित हूँ, खास तौर पर जब यह शो सोनी सब जैसे चैनल पर है जो उनके दर्शकों का मनोरंजन करने में कभी फेल नहीं होता। 


 


 


 


2. नया सीज़न दर्शकों के लिए क्या खास लेकर आ रहा है?


 


नए सीज़न के साथ हम दर्शकों के लिए भारतीय टेलिविज़न पर पहली बार एक नई जादुई पानी के अंदर की दुनिया लेकर आ रहे हैं। जब मैंने कॉन्सेप्ट के बारे में सुना, मैं सोच रहा था कि यह स्क्रीन पर किस तरह रुपान्तरित किया जाएगा, लेकिन प्रोमो बेहद शानदार है। मेरे दोस्त और परिवार वाले भी नए सीज़न के कॉन्सेप्ट को लेकर अचंभित हैं, और सब सोच रहे थे हम लोग किस तरह एक्टिंग करेंगे और पानी के अंदर की दुनिया की क्या तकनीकी बारीकियाँ होंगी। 


 


 


 


इस तरह की दुनिया को स्क्रीन पर ज़िंदा करने में और पूरे समय तक एक जैसे स्टैन्डर्ड को बनाए रखने में काफी मेहनत करनी पड़ती है। मुझे पूरा भरोसा है कि ‘बालवीर रिटर्न्स’ के नए सीज़न में पानी के अंदर की दुनिया के साथ दर्शक टीवी स्क्रीन पर जो कुछ देखेंगे उन्हें वह बेहद पसंद आएगा।  


 


 


 


3. अपने किरदार रे के बारे में हमें कुछ बताइए। 


 


रे एनर्जी से भरा हुआ है और उसके व्यक्तित्व में एक अनोखा आकर्षण है। बामबाल के साथ उसकी केमिस्ट्री को देखना काफी दिलचस्प है। रे की संपूर्ण पर्सनैलिटी असल ज़िंदगी में मेरी पर्सनैलिटी से बिलकुल अलग है। वो काफी कूल है, हमेशा बिंदास, लोगों से मिलने वाला, जबकि मैं असल ज़िंदगी में कुछ हद तक इंट्रोवर्ट हूँ। इसलिए मुझे इस किरदार का असली मिजाज़ और सार हासिल करने में कड़ी मेहनत करनी पड़ रही है और मैं उम्मीद करता हूँ कि यह स्क्रीन पर अच्छा दिखाई देगा।  


 


 


 


4. क्या आप इस भूमिका के लिए कुछ खास प्रकार की तैयारी कर रहे हैं?  


 


मैं रे की बॉडी लैंग्वेज पर प्रमुख रूप से काम कर रहा हूँ। उसकी पर्सनैलिटी काफी मस्ती भरी और आकर्षक है और व्यक्तिगत रूप से मैं इससे जुड़ नहीं पाता। इसलिए इस पहलू को अच्छी तरह निभाने के लिए मैं काफी रेफरेन्स ले रहा हूँ जिसके बारे में मुझे सलाह दी गई है। मैं एक बार फिर हॉलीवुड की फैंटेसी फिल्में देख रहा हूँ, इस बार यह सीखने के लिए कि एक सुपरहीरो के तौर पर आपको कैसी एक्टिंग करनी चाहिए। मैंने बॉडी लैंग्वेज को लेकर प्रेरणा हासिल करने के लिए ‘बालवीर रिटर्न्स’ के कुछ एपिसोड भी देखे हैं। 


 


5. पूरी टीम के साथ शूटिंग करना कैसा लग रहा है? सेट पर पहले दिन का अनुभव कैसा रहा?


 


मैं आपको शब्दों में बयां नहीं कर सकता कि पूरी टीम कितनी ज़बरदस्त है। इस खूबसूरती से स्वागत किए जाने की मैंने उम्मीद नहीं की थी क्योंकि मैं इस शो में बीच में ही एंट्री ले रहा हूँ और पूरी टीम लंबे समय से एक साथ काम कर रही है। हालाँकि ऐसा बिल्कुल भी नहीं लगा कि मैं सेट पर पहली बार आ रहा हूँ, मुझे ऐसा लगा जैसे मैं सभी को पहले से ही जानता हूँ। पूरी कास्ट ने गर्मजोशी से मेरा स्वागत किया और अब सेट पर रोज़ जाने के लिए मैं काफी रोमांचित रहता हूँ। क्योंकि मैं पहली बार फैंटेसी जोनर के शो में काम कर रहा हूँ तो पहले दिन से ही डायरेक्टर और क्रू के सदस्य मेरे साथ बेहद धैर्य से काम कर रहे हैं और मुझे कई चीजें समझने में मदद कर रहे हैं। 


 


 


 


हालांकि, अभी मुझे शूटिंग शुरू किए कुछ दिन ही हुए हैं लेकिन सेट पर सभी के साथ काफी मज़ा आता है। हाल ही में मैंने श्रीधर सर के साथ एक सीन किया जिसमें वो तौबा-तौबा का किरदार निभा रहे हैं और ये शानदार अनुभव रहा। जब वे परफॉर्म करते हैं तो बड़ा मुश्किल हो जाता है कि चेहरे पर हँसी के भाव न दिखें, क्योंकि वे बेहद मज़ाकिया हैं और हर सीन में नई जान डाल देते हैं। मुझे इस एक सीन में सीरियस दिखना था लेकिन जैसे ही उन्होंने एंट्री ली और परफॉर्म करने लगे, मैं अपनी हँसी कंट्रोल ही नहीं कर पाया। उनके साथ काम करके बहुत खुशी होती है। अन्य सभी कलाकार भी अपने काम में बहुत अच्छे हैं और सेट पर सभी के साथ काम करते हुए मुझे मज़ा आता है।   


 


 


 


6. एक फैंटेसी शो में काम करने का अनुभव कैसा है? 


 


आपके पास सुपर पॉवर होना और एक हरे रंग की स्क्रीन के सामने शूटिंग करना, ये सब मैंने पहले कभी नहीं किया। इसलिए यह मज़ेदार अनुभव है और मुझे कई नई चीज़ें सीखने को मिल रही हैं। मैंने सेफ्टी बेल्ट पहन कर कुछ एक्शन सीन भी परफॉर्म किए हैं। हालाँकि ये करना थोड़ा मुश्किल था लेकिन इस तरह की रोमांचक चीज़ें करने में मज़ा आया। मैं हमेशा से एक फैंटेसी शो में काम करना और सुपर पॉवर वाला कोई किरदार निभाना चाहता था। ‘बालवीर रिटर्न्स’ ने मेरी यह ख़्वाहिश पूरी कर दी है।

The brand will offer its wide-reach and a pan-India customer base through its ecommerce platform to the artisans giving them access to new markets and sustained livelihood opportunities.



Jaypore has partnered with Creative Dignity, a zero-margin voluntary platform, to provide relief to artisan’s community severely hit due to COVID-19 pandemic. Under the 'Artisan Direct' campaign of Creative Dignity, the collaboration will feature work of over 250 artisans on their website over a period of time giving these artisans a platform to sell their products to customers from across the country. 


 


Creative Dignity and Jaypore will help the artisans boost their business by also providing them with training in the field of ecommerce including templates for catalogue making, photography, pricing, and logistics management. The sales campaigns are being promoted by FICCI FLO at the national level. The brand will not only provide an online marketplace to these artisans for marketing their products but will also engage with them to train on making the products more attractive, appealing, and sellable across the ecommerce platforms. These training programs are backed by the volunteers from premier Design Institutes in India as well as designers and NGOs. Continuous training is being given to the artisans by expert volunteers in their villages that usually has limited facilities.

*DMARC – Email to Brand Protection*

The email has emerged as one of the most critical communication channels to interact with customers, partners, and third parties. Unfortunately, cybercriminals exploit this channel by spoofing the organization's mail domain identity and targeting the brand, it's employees, customers, partners, and third parties. This may cause the organisation or their associates, financial loss, data leakage, or trust erosion.


 


Realising the requirement to mitigate such email-based threats, several regulators and governing bodies globally have recommended the implementation of DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance), an email-based security technology. DMARC is a globally recognised and adopted email security standard that will complement other email security initiatives of the organisation and help to achieve outbound email visibility and security. Banks and other financial institutions in India have been widely implemented as it is mandated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). By enforcing DMARC standards, any fraudulent email attempted to be sent using organisation identity will get blocked, thereby increasing the successful delivery of our genuine emails and user trust on the brand. Many public email providers like Yahoo, Gmail, Zoho, Rediff, Outlook, etc. honour the DMARC for inbound emails. DMARC also increases your email program's visibility by letting you know who is sending email from your domain.


 


DMARC journey starts with a learning phase to monitor and inventories all genuine mailing activities done either in-house or through a third-party system (partners). These mail senders need to be whitelisted as genuine senders by making a specific configuration change at the backend. Once all genuine mail senders have been inventoried and whitelisted, need to migrate DMARC to an enforcement phase, post which all the spoofed emails (aka non-inventoried mail senders) would get blocked. 


 


There must be sufficient due diligence that needs to be done before the organisation migrates the email domains to the final phase in which all the spoofed emails (aka non-inventoried mail senders) would get Blocked. Once it is set to Reject/Blocked state, all business process owners inter-alia Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, CRM, Sales, etc. who dispatch mails through any third-party (partner) need to inform InfoSec/IT team about any new future arrangements. They need to ensure that these partners are proactively whitelisted to ensure that none of the business processes get impacted due to DMARC enforcement.


 


Also, DMARC implementation will increase the emails' deliverability to the Inbox, thereby increasing customer transaction emails and marketing campaigns' overall efficiency. It is also promoted as a brand reputation tool rather than prevent email spoofing solutions.

एण्डटीवी के ‘गुड़िया हमारी सभी पे भारी’ ने पूरा किया एक साल इस अवसर पर सारिका बहरोलिया ने याद किए इस शो से जुड़े ‘पाँच मजेदार पल‘

पिछले साल एण्डटीवी ने ‘गुड़िया हमारी सभी पे भारी’ के साथ मध्यप्रदेश के मजबूत स्थानीय तड़के वाली एक तरोताजा और घरेलू कहानी शुरू की थी। अपने लाॅन्च के बाद से ही इस शो ने अपनी हल्के-फुल्के अंदाज वाली कहानी और अपनी मुख्य नायिका गुड़िया (सारिका बहरोलिया) की सादगी व उत्साह से दर्शकों को बांध लिया था। इस शो में मुख्य भूमिका के लिये ग्वालियर की सारिका को चुना गया था। तब से सारिका ने पीछे मुड़कर नहीं देखा! ग्वालियर से मुंबई की उनकी यात्रा काफी असाधारण और यादगार रही! उन्हें अपने साथी कलाकरों और तकनीशियनों में एक नया परिवार मिला और उन्होंने अपने प्रशंसकों से बहुत प्यार और सराहना भी बटोरी, खासकर ग्वालियर के लोगों से! इस शो को एक साल पूरा हो चुका है और सारिका, यानि गुड़िया इस शो से जुड़े अपने पाँच सबसे अच्छे पलों को साझा कर रही हैं!


 


चटोरी गुड़िया ने मारी तालाब में छलांग!- गुड़िया एक चटोरी है, जो स्वादिष्ट भोजन देखकर खुद को रोक नहीं पाती है और पेट फटने तक खाती रह सकती है! उसकी इस आदत से परेशान सरला (समता सागर) गुड़िया से पूरे दिन उपवास करवाती है! इसमें सरला का साथ देते हैं राधे, पप्पू और स्वीटी, जो पूरे दिन गुड़िया को कुछ नहीं खाने देते हैं। इससे नाराज गुड़िया गुस्से में आकर पास के एक तालाब में कूद जाती है।


 


शरारती गुड़िया एक परफेक्ट बंदरिया बन जाती है- गुड़िया के लिये एक अच्छा दूल्हा ढूंढने के सरला के प्रयास विफल होने पर वह अपनी सहेली के कहने पर एक बाबा से मिलती है। वैसे तो बाबा मंत्र और पूजा बताते हैं, लेकिन इस सनकी बाबा ने एक अजीब तरीका बताया है, वह यह है कि गुड़िया को 11 दिनों के लिये एक बंदरिया बना दिया जाए! अपनी चुहलबाजी को दिखाने और सरला को अंधविश्वास से बचाने के लिये इस मौके का फायदा उठाते हुए, गुड़िया स्वीटी (श्वेता राजपूत) की मदद से एक बंदर जैसे कपड़े पहन लेती है। नटखट गुड़िया इस नये रूप से सभी को परेशान करती है, जब तक कि उन्हें समझ में नहीं आता कि बाबा पर विश्वास कर उन्होंने गलती की है।


 


जब भौहें उड़ गईं- पूरा परिवार उस लड़के के स्वागत की तैयारी कर रहा है, जो गुड़िया को देखने आने वाला है, लेकिन उन्हें पता नहीं है कि आगे क्या होने वाला है! लड़के से मिलने के लिये गुड़िया अपनी भाबी स्वीटी की मदद से सजने में व्यस्त है और अपने चेहरे पर गलती से फेस पैक की जगह हेयर रिमूवल क्रीम लगा लेती है, जिससे उसकी भौंहें पूरी तरह हट जाती हैं। पूरा परिवार चैंक जाता है और सोचता है कि इस स्थिति को कैसे संभालें। लेकिन अपने बेधड़क एटिट्यूड के साथ गुड़िया इस विचित्र समस्या का समाधान ढूंढ लेती है।


 


जब गुड़िया और गुड्डू का हुआ सामना- गुड्डू (करम राजपाल) शहर में नया है और पास की हवेली में रहने आया है। वह एक बाल ब्रह्मचारी और पहलवान है, और मताई (किशन भान) से उसका कुश्ती मुकाबला होना है। गुप्ता परिवार बाहें फैलाकर नये पड़ोसी का स्वागत करता है और कुश्ती का मजा लेता है। लेकिन अगले दिन गुड़िया सफाई करते हुए बल्लू की हवेली में गुड्डू को देखती है और उसे गलती से चोर समझकर उसके साथ खूब बहस करती है।


 


जब गुड़िया गलती से गुड्डू को गदा से मार देती है- जब से गुड्डू पड़ोस की हवेली में रहने आया है, उसकी गुड़िया से अनबन चल रही है। गुड़िया गुड्डू को भगाना चाहती है और हमेशा इसके लिये योजना बनाती रहती है, लेकिन उसकी सारी कोशिशें बेकार जाती हैं। गुड़िया को सबक सिखाने के लिये गुड्डू मताई की मदद लेता है और बदले में उसे मलीहाबाद भेजने में मदद देने का वादा करता है। गुड्डू को परेशान करने के लिये गुड़िया और बंटू उसकी ‘गदा‘ चुराने की कोशिश करते हैं, लेकिन गलती से गुड्डू को ही गदा से मार देते हैं। मौके पे चैका मारते हुए गुड्डू मरने का नाटक करता है और बंटू और गुड़िया घबरा जाते हैं और फिर उस जगह से भाग जाते हैं।


 


आने वाले दिनों में और भी मजेदार, नाटकीय और मनोरंजक एपिसोड्स होंगे। तो देखते रहिये ‘गुड़िया हमारी सभी पे भारी’, प्रत्येक सोमवार से शुक्रवार, रात 8 बजे, केवल एण्डटीवी पर!
